Wanted to wash my car before work, still had a good 30 min before I needed to head in so I went to pay and looked over after paying and saw maintenance was being done in a vent infront of the entrance of thencar wash. Didn't get a chance to wash after waiting 20 min for it to be done I asked for a refund and left

I had the best customer experience today thanks to Mr Jarrele Harper. He took up so much of his time with me making sure a billing mistake for my elderly dad was corrected with an understanding and kindness not common these days. Thank you, Jarrele!

Three days ago I was at the Richland location of Mr Carwash and I had to go thru several vacuums before finding out only about 3 of the were pulling as they should trash ex(cigarette butts, ashtray debris) was literally falling from the vacuum hose opening. I cimplsined to the attendant and today I returned to this location and found zero of the vacuums were operating as the should. My home vacuum is better. EMPTY the vacuums!! Not only are they neglecting the equipment they never offer to fold your mirror in NOTHING like the competitors I've had multiple scratches showing up on my car Im definitely done with Mr Car Wash canceling my subscription they wont last much linger in Richland with the staff refusing to properly maintain the equipment sorry just standing there waving at people isnt taking care of you business

First time going: only take cash didn’t know till I was already at the pay thing should have a sign or something before that. Also the dryer in the car wash didn’t get much of the water off windows mirror etc. they don’t give you a towel wipe unlike other car washes. Also pulled into one of the vacuum things and it didn’t work then had to pull out into another one just to vacuum the car. Won’t be going back didn’t have a good first impression. Go shine is much better for the money and over what you get.

Upgraded from the basic package and my car Is horrible Next time I will do it by hand still had bugs all over it top of my doors where it meets the roof wasn’t gotten any and the back window was still dusty and spotted up the back of the tailgate Was still dirty front grill looks like it didn’t even get washed Gave the man the money and he puts it in his pocket and put In code Of course no receipt never again will I visit the car wash Vacuum was not very good it was approximately 11:45 Today when I visited Front windshield I had to go to gas station and wash off after I just got a car wash will never do business here again I told the guy that worked here today about it and he just walked off
