My first experience with Jiffy Lube. The traditional place was closed to repair our daughter's car prior to her drive back to Oxford. Both technicians treated me like family and showed me the issue prior to repair. They provided exemplary service.Service: Tires

My experience here was 10/10. I drove up and automatic got Great Service. Kurt came to my vehicle and I explained what I needed done. He said okay and continued to do his check list. He then walk me inside the building and just verified everything I said. He gave me update about how long it will take them to finish my vehicle etc.This the best experience I had from a tire shop in a while. Another associate even help fill out my info. in the computer until Kurt came back in. The whole team was just GENUINE.THANKS.

I went by Jiffy Lube in Richland, MS to see why my low tire pressure light kept coming on even after having air put in 3 days in a row. This very nice and professional technician took the tire off and found the problem immediately. He repaired the tire at no cost and got me rolling again.If you need ANY REPAIRS or WORK done on your vehicle.....GO BY JIFFY LUBE in Richland, MS. They will take care of you with a smile. This was my first time using Jiffy Lube and it was a great experience. I needed an oil change before going out of town and these guys took care of that. They were all very respectful, kind, and fast! The oil change took less than 15 minutes. Definitely recommend this place!Service: Oil change

Recently hit a nail that resulted in one of my tires not being able to maintain an adequate pressure. Took my car to Jiffy Lube in Richland MS, and they were able to get me in almost immediately, had the nail removed (turned out to be an almost entire screw driver minus the handle), and had it patched within 20 minutes. The employees were very kind and were very time-efficient! I whole heartedly recommend this Jiffy Lube location and will be using them for future maintenance to my vehicle.Service: Tires

The Best place the technicians make sure you are taken care of 100%. I took my car today and after I left a few minutes late the tech called my phone and asked if I mind bringing my car back he wanted to double check that he didn't miss anything and make sure everything was tightened so I didn't have any issues on the road and also to help ease his mind to know he covered everything 100% will not go anywhere plus if you get a Pennzoil platinum oil change you fill out a form online upload your reciept and within 6 weeks if not before after they verify your reciept you can choose a $20 gift from 100 different retailers. I know the $20 gift card is legit because this is my third time going there and my first time I got a $20 walmart gift card and second time I chose a $20 Amazon gift card. I will get get a third gift card this time for going there again and getting the same oil change. Highly recommend I will never take my car anywhere again when I need a oil change.
