I’ve gotten three oil changes here I believe so far at this location and on this day November 5 2024 the service tech #Brandon came in and showed me my cabin filter for the first time so that says a lot about Brandon and his service was good .the rest is getting better because the filter should’ve been changed on the first oil change.

Bryce was a good dude and answered my questions respectfully and finished my oil change quickly without any issues. They asked me if I wanted to stay in car or go inside and then asked if I’d like anything to drink while I waited.

Only reason I put 3 stars is because whem i brought my truck in for a oil change they failed to let me know that my oil pan was leaking, other than that they were extremely helpful and professional.

I took my car in this morning bc it was smelling like a burning plastic smell. Immediately 3 mechanics including the general manager were under my car hood checking it out. Within about 2 minutes they figured out it had an oil leak and told me I could get it fixed today or come back. He quoted me to a “t” what the price would be. Branigan took me to my house while the 5 hour job was being done. The general manager took great care of my car and they were all just over the top professional and just good people. I would recommend anyone to come get their car worked on here even if it was out of the way for them. It’s worth the drive to know and feel like you’re taken care of. After I made the payment and went back to my car to leave, the manager made sure I knew I could come back if I had any issues. It was top notch service and that’s hard to come by now.
