“I drive a semi and they accommodated me with parking for the night. Room was comfy, shower was clean and hot. Cajun Bistro next door was a excellent choice for dinner. Will stay again when I have another delivery here to Richland.”

“Our high school's prom was there. I am new in Jackson and in Mississippi, so I looked forward to experiencing it. Although limited to the area where the prom was held, I thought it wonderful architecture. The servers had delicious food appealing to the senses. I would like to go back and visit for a closer, longer look, but wouldn't know what to do.”

“Great hotel with friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Downside: parking. The entire large lot across from the hotel is Valet only. Was nicely advised that I can park on the street “at your own risk” and that they start ticketing around 0830. So, parking is inconvenient for guests not choosing valet.”
“Very clean, excellent breakfast, super nice front desk employee. The hotel needs a bit of TLC, while it's nice and clean, a spruce up of paint and some general refreshers would be nice.”
“Absolutely the nicest room I have stayed in. The front desk agent Constance was the nicest and most helpful person. She went above and beyond to help us out and I also saw her stop what she was doing when she saw a guest struggling to carry their groceries inside and she immediately walked outside to help him with his bags. Greatest customer service ever.”
“Rooms: Cozy, clean and esthetically pleasing. Room layout is well thought out for maximum pleasure.Nearby activities: Plenty to do. Shops, parks, restaurants, spas, museums, golfing, bowling, tours, planetarium and zoo, oh my. I guarantee I left some out.Safety: I can say that I had zero problems and felt completely safe on and off the property.Walkability: Shops and restaurants are all over and easy to walk to. With that being said you don't need to cross the road and there is no pedestrian crosswalk. Traffic is light and there is a spot or 2 where traffic must adhere to traffic lights which also makes a great place to cross if you're walking.Food & drinks: A plenty. Throw a stone you can't miss.Noteworthy details: Free breakfast, fast wifi and privacy. The internet tv is also worth mentioning. YZou can log in to your account to watch your netflix. Max on demand. YouTube. Pandora.The pool and fitness center is pretty cool also. I could go on and on about this place and now I'm thinking I should have kept it a secret. All in all, you will enjoy yourself and hate that eventually its time to check out. 5 stars for me.? ? ? ? ?”
“I really like a small. It's so cute and it's got an orange theory, be careful with the parking lot. I went in the wrong way and totally messed myself up. But other than that, it's completely accessible and very easy to navigate, lots of parking”
“For 51-55 bucks it's pretty nice. I was in rook 127. Well furnace room with a desk chair, bed, fridge, microwave, and TV. Bathroom was nice and clean with fresh new towels, clean mirror with no noticeable smudges.The rooms were sound proof and the area was quiet. Idk it it's normally quiet there I just got lucky that night. The only thing I wished is that if rooms were supplied with drinking water. I tried to use the Pepsi machine outside but it was broken or didn't take bills but the guy at the front desk was nice enough to sell me 2 cokes.I'm a man who doesn't require much to be impressed plus this was my first ever motel experience and honestly I'd love to come back.”
“I am very happy to have been staying at this location this week. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have extreme PTSD from going through an EF5 Tornado and when there was a Tornado heading towards this location at 1030 at night they let me sit on the laundry room floor with my friend and another guest and prayed with me and helped me through until the storm (actual and emotional) passed. I will definitely keep this place in my favorites and I will stay here EVERY time I am in this area. Thank you Jessica and all your family.”

“I moved from Florida to Texas this month and stayed here with my friend and my two cats during our journey. It's a beautiful, well-kept hotel; I would definitely come back. Not to mention the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! On the morning we were meant to check out, my youngest female cat (who weighs maybe 7 pounds) went missing. We spent about three hours searching for her before finding her wedged in a dead space between the kitchen cabinets and dishwasher in our room. Cats, am I right? Although the experience was distressing, the hotel's staff stopped what they were doing and came together to help my friend and me search for my cat. We were so grateful for their generosity and time that we had them write their names down so we could include them in the review. Gwen from laundry, Tamara the supervisor, and Shawana from housekeeping were the three main women who aided us. Thank you ladies SO much. The man at the front desk whose name I can't remember for the life of me was also awesome. Plus the maintenance man who helped get my cat out from the crawl space! Just an altogether amazing team of people working at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Jackson. Much appreciated.”

Safety: Quiet. Relaxing. Felt very secure in room (going in & out). Even observed police driving through to check parking lot.
Walkability: Everything has easy access. Even an Arby's right next door.”

“Great time, 10/10 Recommend I love it here… I met this guy named Ken He was such a Delight to have a conversation with. He told me about the Hotel, I responded with an immediate response of Thank you. I enjoyed the breakfast. And I can’t forget the Housekeeping. They gave me towels, A pleasant attitude, and cleaned my room when I went out. The pool is very exciting to go out with friends. My kids love it. Thanks BW Plus.”
“Star is a good hour hotel. They have decent water pressure, the room is clean (as clean as could be), they have a fridge and microwave, and the tv always works. They also have A/C and heat & a phone in the room. What more can you ask for in a pay by the hour room. You can also stay overnight if you like.”

“Great hotel on Flowood drive, in Flowood... Just out of way enough to ensure you have a quiet stay.... But at the same time, within two minutes is all kinds of restaurants, shopping, whatever you could want. Excellent staff that go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that even people with disabilities have an excellent stay. Pro tip: BEST pet friendly hotel in the area. We have birds and they absolutely were sweet to our birds. Thank y'all so much for everything.Rooms: Love the fact that the accessibility rooms are equipped with everything someone with multiple disabilities could need.Quiet and safe area. “Leaving 5 Stars because for the most part it was great and we liked our suite. The people who work there are very nice. For some reason our bed didn't have a blanket. Only two small light sheets. I couldn't sleep without a blanket sadly.”
