Our experience was excellent. We just needed a place to stop for the night, and this was perfect. The service was friendly, the room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was good.The bathroom showed a little damage, but it was spotless. Thanks!

I reserved here based on good reviews, but that wasn't my experience. Front desk was friendly, but not immediately available. My room was dirty (smelled like oily, dirty bodies; bed had been sleeped in; food spills/stains on credenza). Got moved to another room, but no discounts for the trouble. In fact I was charged $25 more that by reservation confirmation. Next room clean but lamp shades were crushed. Free breakfast wasn't good & worst coffee I've ever had. Asked at checkout to have manager contact me and never heard from him. Don't think I'll be back.

Upon arriving the front desk was consistently gone so it was impossible to ask for help or file a complaint. The rooms were dirty and had stains on the bedsheets. On top of this roaches were hanging out under the air vent. I would not stay at this hotel again and I’m a huge fan of Hilton hotels as an honors member.

Very friendly staff, very nice accommodations! Better than staying in a busier location closer to Jackson, MS downtown area. I prefer the outskirts of larger cities. Room was clean and comfortable. I did not have a reservation but check in was easy and fast. Lots of local mom and pop restaurants close for dinner. The area is quiet and safe.

Driving through and stopped here for the night, and I can't tell you how glad I am that we chose the Hampton Inn! The room was perfect for our needs with a toddler, and the breakfast was great! Food nearby was a plus! Highly recommend!

Great, private dog walk area, treat bowl at the elevators on first floor and great shower head. Felt very welcomed with our dog. We were on 4th floor and I don't know if there were others around us but this was quietest room I've ever had!

Ok, I rarely do a review but I feel I must on this hotel. We are diamond members of Hilton (which I'm not bragging just stating a fact) My husband walked in and was never greeted with a hello or anything. My husband gave our last name, the guy checked him in. Never spoke to my husband, didn't say where the elevators were. NOTHING, no personality whatsoever. Didn't offer him the free water or snack. While unloading our vehicle, I came and sat on a chair right In Front of the guy for about 5 minutes, he once again NEVER uttered a word. Then his replacement came on duty. Well here is where the problem really is. What an attitude that women has. She spends all her time BITCHING to some guests (men who appear to stay there frequently for work). So I thought well-she's having a bad day let it go. BUT she had 3 bad days in a row, just rude. My husband went down to get some fresh towels from the front desk. Of course, she was complaining to two men that were staying there for work. She was extremely put out when he asked for a couple of large towels. Went in the back and brought him 2 washcloths. He said, no the big bath towels. She said he asked for wash clothes. She was pissed because she had to walk down the hallway to get bath towels. You are NOT cleaning the room for us until we leave, so be appreciative that is all we need. He had also asked for some bar soap, she told him, you CAN'T have bar soap. He asked, why? She said, they don't have it. He responded with, yes you do, it's in my room already. Then she started slamming drawers and pulled out 2 bars of soap and gave them to him. Putting on a show in front of the two men she was complaining to. Honestly, this should NOT be the person greeting your guests. The rooms were clean, no issues there.

The rooms are nice. The beds are too hard for me, but this is the case for most all Hilton properties.

This hotel looked nice and had good reviews. The shelving was damaged and hanging on by a thread in the bathroom. There was mold on the ceiling as well in the bathroom. I left a pair of 300$ headphones out in the open and called once I stopped driving and they gave me the runaround and have said they weren’t there. They gave false contact information when trying to talk to a general manager and when I spoke to someone at the front desk, they said it’s a customers fault to leave them and items are pretty much up for grabs.

Beds were nice & firm!! Bathroom was a little worn,but it did the Job. House keeping did do a good job,but did find a few things,could be better if wanted to.I WILL Stay here again though. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Was Basic,but they dnt have to offer it at all!! Love the lil Egg Omelet things!Thanks!! Room smelled fresh. ??. Only reason didn't give 5 stars is because you could here the loud people upstairs. I know that's not the hotels fault. But they were loud. Got up once because thought someone hit my truck, but was just another thud from the floor above. & the bathroom. All together 4.5 ?. STAY HERE, it was Nice.Rooms: Rooms was nice and cool when coming in from a hots day drive. I apreciate that. The bathroom does need a little work!!

People make all the difference. Brittany was not only helpful, but sociable. The room was clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the area.

Fantastic hotel. It was very clean, had a nice staff, decent fitness room, and good breakfast with a good selection.The ice machine on my floor was out of order and beware of trying to leave the holtel during rush-hour.

The room was a little small and cramped. It could have been cleaned better, the bathroom looked a little moldy in places. Staff was nice but we spotted them smoking pot out by the pool when we went to swim, not very professional.....front desk will not answer the phone at night. I would not stay here again.
