I pushed the doorbell twice, waited 10 minutes, but you can hear and see people. No one helped, went to the FedEx on county line and they were awesome.

Just drive 25 min out of my way to get to the location. I arrive and the doors are locked with no signs as to why. It’s not a holiday and nobody will answer the phone.

I had never visited this Fedex office before now and let me tell you! The service was so extremely friendly and welcoming and was greeted immediately. I had to ship some returns from Walmart and couldn't have had a better and speedy experience, i definitely highly recommend for all of your shipping and printing needs, these people definitely care about their customers. Thank you!

Paid $60 for express shipping overnight because I was going out of town, my package was marked delivered but neither I nor my roommates saw any trace of it. You would think that FedEx would do something about this shipping center since most of its one-star reviews involve people's packages being late or not delivered at all, but who cares when you didn't pay for it, right?!

About 90% of my packages have not been on time or not delivered until the next day despite the tracking stating that's its "out for delivery". The nail in the coffin occurred today when I paid $40 for Priority Overnight medications to be delivered by 12 noon today. It's been out for delivery since 8:37 a.m.and it is now 12:16 p.m. with no delivery in sight. Track it again and it says "by end of day". This is ridiculous. On top of all this, Customer Service won't even transfer me to a live agent.

The Absolute Worst ?Use UPS or USPS if you want things delivered because this hub is horrid. I just told a Walmart customer service supervisor I was going to go back to Amazon if they keep using FedEx!The complaint I lodged was for the carrier, and Walmart's choice to use them!The supervisor that just issued me a refund for the order I'm still waiting on said that she hears that a lot, and she would definitely lodge my complaint against FedEx.
