So easy! Walgreens in Richland, walk in with package (and pre-printed label), nice Walgreens employee scans it, you get a text message confirming receipt of the package. In and out in about 2 mins.

It's clear that the other two reviews you see here are about unsavory experiences with FedEx as a whole and not THIS specific onsite location, so I'm here to leave a review that is actually helpful. I had to redirect a FedEx package here after my grandma put my address in slightly wrong at checkout, and it was a smooth, easy experience. You'll be able to access the services at the front counter right when you walk in the door, and they store the parcels in a secure locked cabinet. This location is much easier to get to than the one on Frontage Road off 49. Overall, the service is trustworthy and easy-to-use!

Two days in a row, I have had to report the driver is not been honest about coming to the door, for signature; and now I am told he is a few block away and still no driver. The package ? was to be there by 12 noon, he waited until 12:53 and lied again to day. I am paying someone to be at my home. Is it because I am in South Jackson? I should be reimbursed for paying someone for 2 day for waiting on a package to be signed for...
