Don was the best help in getting me the insurance I needed quickly! He was understanding of my needs, worked quickly, and was extremely patient with me. We’ve been State Farm customers for 24 years. We transferred to Don Bass and his team about five years ago. He has our home, auto, and life. He and his staff are great! They are always very helpful and answer my many questions professionally and with great patience. We recently had storm damage, and they have helped us through the whole process. We highly recommend the Bass team!

I have been with Don Bass for over fifteen years with my home and car insurance! Don and Amy have always been there to answer my questions or return my calls for help especially when I needed it the most during out time of need. Don’t use them for life insurance. You will get screwed and your Beneficiary want receive your life Insurance money.

Been with state farm home and auto insurance for many years. We moved our account to Don bass agency several years ago because it was much closer to our home. This agency really has been a great help with our couple of claims. First with a car repair and now with getting our roof repaired and covered fully. Don Bass personally worked with me on getting pictures and videos of the roof to the claims adjusters and he called them to the mat to make sure our claim was fully covered. I would highly recommend this group to any one that wants that down home personal experience and touch
