“I’ve always used Enterprise Car rental for over 20 years and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the company. Even though I don’t interact with customer service agents as much anymore, they have made it so much easier to rent a vehicle online especially at the airport for the convenience. I’ve had to take back to back road and flight trips out of state to take care of my Father’s affairs after his recent passing and Enterprise has made this part less stressful and easy for me.”

“Being a Executive Elite member- Does make it a lot easier- but the Personnel that Greets you at the Returning the car does make it easy. There wasn't any cars/ SUV other than the Large SUV- which were locked up- once he noticed and ask my status- the Gentleman brought me a set of keys to a Wagoner. Thanks National.”
“Always have the best service when rental at this location with Ms. Whitney Warnsley. She makes sure that the ride is good to go and upon returning, she makes sure that everything was good with the ride. Always smiling and such wonderful customer service. She is the main reason why I stopped going to the airport and rent. Thanks so much for the past 3 years renting at this location. You always makes it easy and have such wonderful customer service.”
“Ok so here goes. I made reservations a few days in advance. I specifically asked for a truck. I arrived and no truck. It seemed there was an issue and one of the employees hadn't read the note holding the truck. Ok so they tried to correct this situation at the time. I got a truck that was not up to par. I WILL SAY THEY CONTACTED ME THE NEXT DAY AND MADE IT RIGHT! OK I was angry but I'll say that after that initial disappointment things got so much better!! David was an absolute delight and the manager Brian was the nicest of guys. Both REALLY CARED that there was an error. They brought a nearly brand new truck to my residence the next morning. They were very apologetic. All was forgiven. They fixed me up after my insurance company also had issues. So all and all? I'm very pleased. If you have any issues talk to Brian or David. A special thanks to Don as well who drove me to my body shop quickly when I turned the truck in! These 3 made a rough time so much more pleasant!!!”

“Made reservation & upon arrival to location, CSR (Tony) advised me there was a glitch in computer system, but went above and beyond my expectations in getting the situation resolved & getting me on my way in my rental. I believe he advised that he was the assistant manager of the location, but with his experience, knowledge, problem solving skills, I believe he could be an amazing asset to Hertz Rental managing his own location & training his employees how true customer service should be utilized in order to ensure customers have an experience like mine. Inside of location was very clean & clutter free, there is not a public restroom. I recommend this location if you’re in area and in need of rental”

“I usually rent with Alamo and don’t have issues HOWEVER this time would have been HORRIBLE if it weren’t for Deidre which is why I’m giving 4 stars. I’m knocking off a star because of the customer service I received from 1-800 customer service reservations. They completely messed up my reservation and gave me incorrect information. As a result, I arrived to pick up my vehicles and was vexed to find out the 1-800 agent was incorrect. Deidre was so patient with me and my husband. She helped us find solutions and after an hour and a half, we walked away with our vans. Thank you Deidre!!! YOU are the reason I will continue renting from Alamo when I visit Jackson.”

“rented a car to go to Portsmouth Virginia from ridgeland Mississippi Friday of august 30th of 2017 I think it was, and so my parents rented the car at 8:00am and they didn't have it so we had all our bags ready to go and we didn't have our rental car so we had to wait another day which was giving us less days to hang out with our family so the next day my parents went to go get the rental car and they budget rental car hooked us up with a jazz blue 2017 Chrysler 300 Limited which was very nice had a lot of nice features it even had a backup camera and air vents and two usb outlets in the back of the center console for my brother and me, even and the rental car even did GREAT got us to Virginia safely and back home safely even though they messed up they gave us a upgrade and we appreciated it and will be renting from them again very soon”

“So the experience overall was frustrating BUT the staff did everything they could to help. I was tired and worried about my long drive at night, the preferred booth employee was doing his best, and I am sorry to him for how frustrated I was with having to go back and forth, he was doing what he thought was right, and was incredibly patient. That said - it would be advantageous to do some more general training with all the staff on the system so there’s less hiccups. Ultimately I had a decent experience as they upgraded me for free due to the issues and I appreciated that. The reviews for this location are really harsh but the vehicle I got (and the ones I noticed) was in very good shape, and you have to remember that the staff of any location can only do so much with the resources they’re given. I’d rent from here again.”
“Their handling of overflow from storm Ida was sometimes overwhelming for staff and clients . Patience and perseverance was greatly needed. Vehicle provided was exceptional.”

“I just want to say thank you to the gentleman who checked my car in at the Dollar/Hertz rental at Jackson Airport. I left my wallet in the rental car and didn't know it till I was back in the airport. I return to the car rental return station and this gentleman quickly found the car and my wallet. I wanted to give him a tip but unfortunately I rarely carry cash. This gentleman was a younger African American Male with a cast on his arm, I believe his name started with B.
