“I was extremely pleased with this Enterprise location. They were very professional and my salesman Devin was very straightforward. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to the T. He took his time and made sure I was satisfied and that I understood what he said. Upon my return he was the same person I met that Saturday, on a Monday. Normally Mondays are hard for us, not Devin he was energetic and ready for the day. I really appreciate Enterprise Flowood, Ms location for there customer service to make this experience what it was.”

“U-Rental Inc. had 12 and 15 passenger vans available AND they had the BEST prices compared to every other rental company I called. Our 12 passenger van was clean and reliable. There was enough sitting room for everyone and lots of room for luggage. And, I absolutely loved speaking to Ms. Bernie each time I called and she was even more delightful in-person!”
“Made reservation & upon arrival to location, CSR (Tony) advised me there was a glitch in computer system, but went above and beyond my expectations in getting the situation resolved & getting me on my way in my rental. I believe he advised that he was the assistant manager of the location, but with his experience, knowledge, problem solving skills, I believe he could be an amazing asset to Hertz Rental managing his own location & training his employees how true customer service should be utilized in order to ensure customers have an experience like mine. Inside of location was very clean & clutter free, there is not a public restroom. I recommend this location if you’re in area and in need of rental”

“The day before my planned vacation (day of pick up) another Budget location informed me that the rental I reserved was unavailable. That location did nothing to try to accommodate me for this. Ended up going to the Jackson Airport location and speaking with Lalita Davis. She made one call and located the type of rental I reserved. Although the rental had air conditioning issues (not her fault) we were able to trade rentals at another location. Lalita's attitude was everything and we appreciate her efforts in making our vacation a success! Need more employees like her!”

“rented a car to go to Portsmouth Virginia from ridgeland Mississippi Friday of august 30th of 2017 I think it was, and so my parents rented the car at 8:00am and they didn't have it so we had all our bags ready to go and we didn't have our rental car so we had to wait another day which was giving us less days to hang out with our family so the next day my parents went to go get the rental car and they budget rental car hooked us up with a jazz blue 2017 Chrysler 300 Limited which was very nice had a lot of nice features it even had a backup camera and air vents and two usb outlets in the back of the center console for my brother and me, even and the rental car even did GREAT got us to Virginia safely and back home safely even though they messed up they gave us a upgrade and we appreciated it and will be renting from them again very soon”
“I didn't rent directly from Hertz but had an encounter with one of the employees. Donna Magee at the Jackson airport location answered any questions I had and even contacted her supervisor for additional assistance. Both her and her supervisor were very attentive. Appreciate the positive experience with this location and vendor!”

“Flew into town on short notice some weeks back to visit a family member who was hospitalized at Baptist. The people at the front desk both inside and in the garage were very nice and they were able to get me into a car before my reservation time. The rental was nice, clean, and had low miles ~12000 or so. My only complaint is that the first vehicle they gave me had an expired tag from July. Which, from my experience renting cars through the years, happens a lot(which is why I made sure to check the tag). Even then, that vehicle was nice and clean, just had an expired tag. They had no issues getting me into another vehicle though. I was hesitant to rent with this Avis given all of the bad reviews(maybe I got lucky), but I wouldn't hesitate to rent with them again.”

“I just want to say thank you to the gentleman who checked my car in at the Dollar/Hertz rental at Jackson Airport. I left my wallet in the rental car and didn't know it till I was back in the airport. I return to the car rental return station and this gentleman quickly found the car and my wallet. I wanted to give him a tip but unfortunately I rarely carry cash. This gentleman was a younger African American Male with a cast on his arm, I believe his name started with B. Thank you sir, I appreciate it. I hope this review finds it way to you.”
