I wouldn't give them a 1 star. That's too generous. No one told me I was supposed to get a free Samsung watch with the purchase of my new phone. Needless to say it was so much trouble because I had to do a refund. I was told by Madison att that I'd be charged a 55 dollar fee. And that I'd only get q75 dollars of credit towards the watch. It was free. After I'd call att corporate. And all if it is way to long to even write. Bottom line is:Employees do not exercise any sense of urgency in taking care of customers.They do not qualify customers upon arrival to see if it a quick fix( waited 1 hour and half to be told they couldn't transfer my files, phone was to damaged... which would be understandable but he was irritated about even getting the new phone to the point where it could make calls. I don't have wifi at home and it was neccessary)No follow up, just get told to come back when a Manger is there.And the list goes on.Apparently, this store is an authorized retailer ..not corporate. So I was told by Madison that they run different ads and they don't offer a free watch rhat must be what Richland promo was..... TRANSLATION: RUN AROUND TO AVOID HELPING.Not impressed with any of these stores. Or ATT in general. They are over priced and lack customer focused employees. I have been in retail for over 20 years. I'd fire everyone of these people. If they are commission what are you doing there? Clearly you don't want to sell. Horrible experience. Horrible company!!!

I just left the store in Richland, Ms.I had a very good experience there!! The associate that helped me, I feel like she went over and beyond the call of duty!! She was not only very helpful but she was very respectful and understood my issue!!I do not remember her name but she deserves a bonus!!!!! Thank you for a good experience!!!!’

My Mom's phone is messing up and we got to the AT&T store at 3:20. They had a sign that said gone to lunch, be back in an hour. They didn't list an hour from when they were taking off, so I have no idea when they're gonna be back. Schedule more workers so you don't have to close. And at 3:20? Really? So now businesses just close and go to lunch, whenever they want. F---AT&T you stupid b------! I f------hate you, and your f------ lazy employees !

Today I’ve had the BEST service I’ve ever had over the years doing business with AT&T.The store manager Hiedia, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and happily helped me upgrade my daughters phone. She is very good at what she does and does it with a great attitude. She went above and beyond to help me today and I’m so very thankful to have had the opportunity for her to help me. The employee that was working at this location from 2PM to 3PM on February 6th, 2022 is a liar. Upon arriving at the store at 2:10, there was already a sign on the door saying the store was closed for 30 minutes for the employee's lunch break. After waiting for longer than 30 minutes, we called the store to see why the doors were still locked, she very rudely stated she still had 10 minutes left of her break. She must not have seen my family and me waiting outside for all that time. We waited at least 50 minutes for the one employee to come back, only for her to act so unwilling to help that we felt uncomfortable enough to take our business elsewhere. She replies to everything you say with "mhm," and we never once gave her any reason to be so rude. She referred us to a different store for the matter we needed help with without even checking to see if the other store could help us, we wasted gas going to location in Flowood only for them to be unable to help us either. I do not recommend this location for anything, and keep in mind, if there's a sign on the door saying they'll be out for 30 minutes, you may be waiting for much longer than you anticipated.

The customer service was outstanding. Victoria was an amazing associate. I did a trade in for my old phone which was a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and walked out the store with a brand new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

DO NOT go to this location if you are seeking any type of assistance with ANYTHING!!!! I have visited this location at least twice within the last year and have gotten the same result. And that was an employee who didn’t want to come to work that day and didn’t want to be bothered. This seemed to be with EVERY customer in the store while I was there. The same way we walked in was the same way we walked out…in need of assistance.

Save yourself headache and $$$The initial experience was good but the bill was not. We asked rep about plans and showed us a sign on counter that had Unlimited text, talk, & data for $50 & a $30 plan. We asked for the $50 plan and purchased 2 new phones.When 1st bill arrived the plans were $85 per line and total bill was $300. What!!! I have spent countless hours trying to get corrected but no reps can change it because there is no plan for 2 lines for $50. Store rep knew we only had 2 phones yet still gave us Unlimited Elite knowing that was more than what we asked for.The Plans were changed to Unlimited Starter plan and I didn't authorize a change so who changed it?Called att and rep told me that it was changed by a rep on Sept 20, 2 days after getting service with att.Someone made $$$ off us by doing this. I feel so let down by this. Poor business. I should have read reviews first. Hope to save someone some $$$.
