This location is always clean and just overall well kept, and the staff is very friendly and helpful!! I also love the amount of space you have for loading and unloading.

Since I have been storing at StorageMax for 10 years, I can tell you that they do a great job. Chris Henry has been a great help many times and taken care of any concern or problem immediately. He is an excellent manager. I highly recommend this company and location on Highway 18.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to get a unit the day-of due to an emergency circumstance and they were able to accommodate. Prices were reasonable and the facilities are new, clean, and well-lit

The staff were extremely helpful in answering all questions. Move in was super easy. The facility was clean and appears to be very safe! I also find it to be reasonably priced and advertised accurately. I definitely recommend StorageMax to anyone who needs to rent a storage unit!

I have been a customer for a number of years. Not too long ago, my unit "sprung a leak". StorageMax Southwest was on it from the first phone call and email. Instead of saying my unit was fixed, they placed a bucket in it and waited for the next heavy rain to see if it was really ready. It wasn't! StorageMax Southwest gave me another unit just doors down from the old one. No hassle. No fuss. Just good customer service!!!
