“Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised at this interaction. The previous management was horrible to work with, and I have been trying for months to get a unit transferred to my name from someone else in my family. Today, though, the process was easy and without stress. Nicole Go was who helped me, and he was very pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions, and made this process really easy. I was able to get done in a few minutes what I could not get done for 6 months with the previous owners. The prices are reasonable, and I would recommend that you at least consider them, if you don't mind driving a little out of your way to get to them. This is by far the best experience with any storage unit that I have had in nearly 20 years.”

“Mel was so awesome! She went above and beyond to help me with several things. My parents were driving three hours to help me but had an issue coming up which prevented them from making it. Mel was beyond nice from the time I walked in the building until I left. She was professional, caring, and helpful. I was having a challenging morning and she cared about me beyond a customer. It was HOT outside but she resolved my issues. It is just awesome to work with people who do not see you as money. Thank you for truly helping me. It made my entire day!!! Please ask for Mel!!! This has been super helpful.Further, when shopping around, we found Storage Max Clinton to have the size units we would need, the ability to have our moving truck get to it (for easier unloading), and for a reasonable price.Overall, we are very pleased working with Jackie at Storage Max.”

“Excellent transaction from start finish. The reason for 4 stars is because it is a poorly designed facility which makes the gate extremely difficult to enter and exit with a trailer. Might even make me consider not using this facility because of this as it is almost impossible to maneuver without damaging your vehicle or trailer. A few gate issues with the code but customer service was reasonable with response.”
