Took my boat to them, was told they was a week out at most to fixing it. Every week I called it was alway gonna be the next week that something came up. My boat sat there the whole month of August and was never touched. So for the best part of summer I didn’t get to use my boat bc I was being lied too. I strongly recommend taking yours somewhere else, somewhere where they will atleast be honest to you

I purchased a new case 65A tractor. They delivered to my house in Louisiana. Upon delivery the radio does not work and it was missing pins. I have made multiple calls to the salesman and the service manager and they will not return my calls. So obviously they do not stand behind what they sell. I will be contacting Case directly about this. * DO NOT BUY from them unless you can work on it yourself.

My wife and I drove to this business to look at a truck I was strongly considering purchasing. We saw the specific truck I was interested in and walked around it to inspect its exterior. We even opened the doors to inspect its interior. We thought after a few minutes of being there, a salesperson would come to assist us; however, no salesperson came. As such, we had assumed they may have been busy with other customers. This prompted me to go inside to get a salesperson for assistance. When I got inside the building, there was no receptionist at the receptionist’s booth. I then proceeded to another part of the business to ask a cashier if he could get someone to assist me. The cashier said he would call someone and I returned to the receptionist’s booth. It was then I witnessed two individuals in an office conversing, who clearly saw me standing at receptionist’s booth. A few minutes later an individual walks in and asked if someone was assisting me. I told him that I spoke to the cashier about getting someone to assist me. This person then goes where the other individuals are congregated in the office. Meanwhile, I continued to stand at the receptionist’s booth. After several more minutes passed, it was obvious that I was intentionally being ignored. And to think, we drove there with serious intentions of buying a truck with our own money, That said, the individuals that work at Ramey Motors severely lack customer service skills and that’s costly; bless their heart.

Purchased a Zero Turn Trailer package. It was around closing time and in a hurry to get to the house. On the way home I noticed the trailer pulled funny. After getting home I did a very detailed inspection. We found multiple issues, railing off center, axles out of alignment, dents and other bad things. I took the Caliper 16’ utility back to Ramey. I was basically told I took delivery and it was my problem. I except that I was in a hurry to get out of the dealership, my bad. What I don’t like is The general take away that we don’t stand behind what we sell. It’s sad because we had planned on buying a tractor and a Honda pilot from that dealership. I have owned bought and sold a lot of equipment over the last 40 years And I have to say I was extremely disappointed in this dealership. I trusted them and lesson learned. They have lost my business and I’m sure many more because of this way of doing business.

I have an electric vehicle and the charge port on my app said that the EV charge is available for 24 hours; however, when I arrived (at 10% @ 3 am) both entrances were locked and I am currently trying to find a tow truck to tow me to the nearest Charging station….this freaking sucks
