“We called today about smelling gas when our heat is on. We stopped using the heater due to this despite the cold. Clay was on call. He told us that it was most likely due to being low on propane. He told us about the additional after hours fee and we decided that we would need to wait until tomorrow (Monday) and make due with alternate heat sources. He was concerned about our issue so he came to our house anyway to make sure we didn’t have a leak. He advised us that there were no leaks and to call tomorrow to order propane. He came because he cares about his customers. What an awesome person to have on staff.”
