I live in the Pine Belt, and while that is wonderful most of the time, it's not so great when it comes to tree roots and driveways. Our contractor worked out an arrangement to have 40 yards of concrete delivered to our completed frame of our rebuilt driveway on Monday morning at 11 am. We received word earlier that morning that they were short-trucked and unable to provide the materials. I called to ask when they would be able to deliver, and Kent told me that frankly he was 'tired of talking about it'... he had told the contractor earlier that morning that he wouldn't be able to deliver, and he was tired of receiving phone calls about it. He also told me he had 'other stuff to do today'... When I asked him when he would be able to deliver he told me it would be another 8 days. I have never been spoken so rudely to by anyone, and regardless of his feelings of frustration towards my contractor, I would have expected and should have been given some modicum of respect as a customer. Contract with him if you choose to, but don't expect him to follow through, and Heaven forbid, don't have the audacity to ask him ANYTHING about it.Service: Concrete driveway building
