Ordered a package using this fedex. They assigned me a Friday delivery date.. then Monday.. now Tuesday, and I don't expect it'll even get here Tuesday anymore. Major waste of my time.

I went in on November the 14th at 8:45 a.m. just to drop off a FedEx package she was checking in the manager that is Pepsi cola products and told me it will be a minute I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for her to get done with Pepsi cola just to drop off a FedEx package and there was two other customers standing and waiting for her to finish up looks like to me that this manager at the Purvis, Mississippi store don't care about the customers the first line of business that you learn is customers come first and anything you do drop what you're doing and take care of customers but looks like this manager does not know that rule she is not a very pleasant manager either she don't smile she don't reach you properly this manager needs to be replaced with someone that cares about the customer and the store
