“Every business has it's ups & downs. This place has been through a few managers & employees. I've see bad & good things under the care of each manager. The manager now is very helpful & I believe she really cares for her customers & this community. Employees do their jobs but I do wish they'd do a little more to make the manager not have to make up for what they leave undone. They all greet u with smiles & talk to u as if they've known u for years. Not one person goes through everyday life chipper & smiling so of course they're days of rushing & not in the mood for conversation. I've not seen it myself but others ik have.”

“Go to both Lumberton and Baxterville stores on 13. Lumberton store just gave their store a new face lift. That store is looking great. Baxterville store is struggling. Employees try so hard to make the best with what they have been given. Family Dollar is very lucky to have several of the employees from both stores.”
