“My first time at this post office was a few months ago when we just moved here, and I was not impressed. It was just your typical USPS experience. You know, the typical rude, don't give a crap about what you're saying, type of interaction. So, recently when I had to go there again, I was hoping for the best. It was slow, thankfully, with two ladies working the counter. It's a pretty small office, and apparently the only one in town. I was so pleasantly surprised at how nice and polite the lady who helped me was. It just not common to get a nice and polite person at the post office. She was pleasant and smiling the whole time she was helping me. I hope more employees are like that. Next time, I need to ask her name and let her know that I appreciate her great attitude.”
