They ran a diagnostic on my Toyota RAV4 and could not make heads or tails of it. Aired up my spare tire and told me to take to dealer. They had it 48 hours and never called me to tell me it was ready. When I picked it up I had to walk to the back lot to retrieve it. They didn't even have the courtesy to bring it up for me knowing I was on my way. I'll be going someplace else.

The owner (Kent Dunn) has been taking care of all of my vehicles. 5 total and all of my sons vehicles. He has always been honest, reliable and has very reasonable prices. I refuse to go anywhere else. So happy I was told about this local shop.

So I go to Mr. Dunn’s shop because I needed work done. I drop it off on Wednesday, March 31 to have the motor mounts replaced, as well as my tire 4 rotors, 2 new tires, an intake hose, and a new battery terminal. It was there for a total of 6 days, due to Easter weekend, however I go to get my car and as soon as I opened my hood he had fastened my intake hose tear with a copper wire and electrical tape!!!??? And he said I ordered the wrong part for my motor mount, when I know I didn’t, so didn’t do anything to my motor mounts but wants to charge me $100 just to look at it, my hoses weren’t connected all the way and he only had done 2 rotors and 2 tires. Now I don’t believe I should have been charged $480 for only 2 out of the 7 things I asked for and with him given 6 days just to wrap electrical tape on my car. I tried to tell him about his pricing he just got difficult to deal with. I lost 6 days of work because I deliver. With out my car I can’t work. I feel I was over charged completely.

My husband believes in supporting local businesses. He goes to this place and exactly tells them what has to be checked- they decide to do something else and charge him $1300 for it!! Problem is not fixed, so now we have to go to another place, because local brother's business decided to rip another family off! And there's nothing we can do about it!!!

Great service speedy and efficient. On our way home the check tires light came on. We called them as we live 65-70 miles from that shop. They told us to bring it back at our convenience and they would take care of it. Probably the Sensor as the air was spot on. Overall a well done job. We bought 4 Michelin defenders great tires. BTW. the Bills win so we got a discount of 75.00 win win win
