“I can’t say enough about how wonderful Chuck and Brenda were. We had a blowout with our travel trailer. Culpeppers took the call from my roadside assistance service.
We were so far away from any major city we’d settled in to wait to have my one blowout replaced. When Chuck and Brenda arrived my second tire on the same side had flattened due to damage from the blowout.
It was a LOT of work to get us safely on the road again. Thankfully they’d brought a tire in addition to the spare I already had. They replaced both tires and checked my others. They worked quickly but also took the time to make sure my family was taken care of.
They were professional, calm, and very kind. This kind of road hazard can be very scary and I’ve been dreading my first blowout, but Chuck and Brenda made getting back on the road again a quick and painless process.
We live in Texas but we travel a lot and you can rest assured that if I have any issues traveling in Mississippi in the future, I’ll be calling Culpeppers. Thank y’all for rescuing us.”
