Young's Tire Store is excellent. I had taken my Jeep into a different tire store with a flat tire and they told me I needed a new rim!?! There wasn't any damage to the rim, and as we all know rims don't go bad, so I took it to Young's for a second opinion. SO GLAD I DID!!!! The tire was actually breaking down on the inside by the rim. The tire technician at Young's showed me and said you're lucky you made it without a blow out. I drove from New Albany to Young's in Pontotoc and I'm so glad I did. I needed new tires, not new rims. The new tires work perfectly and the price was reasonable, so glad I went to Young's, they'll take very good care of you. They're honest and very knowledgeable!!!! Thank you everyone at Young's Tire!!!?

*they cut the edge of the tire taking it off the rim* Paid $99 for a tractor tire. Tire leaked from the start, got used less that 3 times and bubbled out. Brought the tire back and was told we'd get it taken care of. Tire wasn't ready on Thursday like it was supposed to be. We get there today they said it was going to be $180 for the tire that they put on the wheel WITHOUT CALLING to notify us of the price change in the first place. Bad service! Don't offer one thing then blindside to try and cover your employees mistake. Also have the courtesy to at least return our property in the shape you received it. Didn't even have the decency to put the old tire back on the rim.

Tires for my car are hard to find, yet they had one. Comfortable waiting room with something for my young granddaughter to play with. They even offered to help me with my 5 month old granddaughter! Very nice people working there from front counter to the tech that worked on my tire!

So glad I was recommend this place. They had the best price on the tires I wanted by 15%. I also needed and alignment, I had previously had 2 alignments done and the other shops just couldn't get it quite right. These guys knocked it our of the park. Truck drive smooth and true. Thank you!!
