Needed ac filters. 24x30. I went back and saw an empty spot for them. Young man unpacking boxes called to me. I told him that I saw they were out of the filters I needed. He looked through his unopened boxes. Nothing, but he said he believed they had some in a partial box that had been moved to the left side of the aisle. He was right. I got two ac filters, and I was really impressed with the customer assistance the employee took time to see that I got. Thank you, True Value. I'll be back.

Love this store. Something here for everyone. For the men, there's a hardware side of the store. They have a VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE staff who can help you with all your hardware and paint needs and on the other side is a beautiful gift shop/ clothing store called True Valuables with many beautiful things including lifelike baby dolls and high quality costume jewelry and clothing. Fun, interesting place to visit for all and the hardware side of the store has an interesting gift selection also. :)
