This has been one if thee most stressful experiences of my life, following great medical treatments for months and years, purchasing a sofa via Wayfair with FIVE YEAR warranty not held up, return policy unheard of, the couch is collapsing in two weeks time!!! It looks exactly like the photo shown with another customer with caving in sofa...to the point of DANGER to me physically and hope I don't have to get a lawyer....they DISALLOW any human or humane phone contact at all! THEY BOAST an American company but take short cuts as the cushions are almost nonexistant!I cannot even have my elderly mother over cause she'd sink and may get injured...now the back frames are caving in backwards! I purchased from Wayfair and neither help, at the cost of almost TWO GRAND OF WASTED MONEY! I want the couch gone and my money back now!! I'm tired of trying to REASON with people who have NO REASONABLE HUMANE thought in their heads! I WILL NEVER BUY SOUTHERN MOTION & everyone I know of this damaged and dangerous sofa will be informed of my experience ONGOING!! FOR SHAME to treat folks this way. Let alone the disabled ? ?

Good quality leather and structure made of solid wood. The non-touch areas on the sides are not leather and begin splitting and coming apart 4-5 years after buying it. My wife and I are physically fit people, use it a couple nights a week and we don't have kids. I paid nearly $6,000 for this sectional and expect more than 5 years before it starts coming apart like this, especially after light use and conditioning.

Reclining loveseat is almost 3 years old and the control switch went bad. They sent me a replacement, free of charge, and I’m back in service. Great customer service!

I have owned this recliner for around 2 years, and cannot get it repaired by the seller, Factory Direct Furniture and Southern Motion doesn't have a way to get any help. Stay away from their products

They are very friendly and fast load, for truckers its good place, they care about appointment time, I showed earlier 4 hrs and they give me dock and they start loading me. And they do have over night for truckers.

Steer clear! We bought a Southern Motion couch from Big Sandy Superstore in November 2021. Since then, between inspections and repairs, we've had a repair technician out to our home 8 times. I'm still having issues with the recliner and now the part under the cushions in the arm rests have collapsed.I called the Big Sandy corporate office to see about a replacement since this couch is obviously defective and has been unable to be repaired. I was told that they aren't ready to replace it yet because all the problems up until now were on the manufacturer's warranty and the current recliner/arm rest problem falls under the Big Sandy warranty. The problem with that excuse is the manufacturer's warranty through Southern Motion says Lift Chair components and all other motors are warranted to be free of defects for 3 years from the date of sale. This has been a problem for 14 months.I reached out to Southern Motion for some help and never got a response.Save yourself the frustration and just steer clear of Big Sandy Superstore and Southern Motion brand furniture.

Buyer beware! Southern motion Top Gun Double Reclining Sofa is such bad quality that it no longer is B.B.B. approved. They lost their standing. The stuffing moves on the leg rest. So my legs are sitting on hard wood. They keep sending out a service person, but it never gets fixed, the stuffing still moves. They even replaced the seat and leg rest, but that didn't keep the padding from moving. This furniture is bad, DON'T BUY IT! Now it's been a year and they still won't replace it. They also won't come back to fix anything. We are stuck with a horrible reclining sofa. We would expect so much better from this furniture store in Goodlettsville TN.A. L

Bought a SM living room set locally.. it’s a little over a year and they are sloppy loose, clunking, sagging and getting uncomfortable. Spent 2 hours driving screws into what little wood makes up the frame. Their products are clearly designed to fail - shoddy engineering, poor assembly.. particle board that’s been cut down to barely be strong enough to stay together. Staples, glue, cardboard, and pins barely hold it together. Plan to replace their poorly built furniture in a year or two.

We bought two matching Southern Motion Rocker/Recliners from Furniture Fair. We literally had them for 3 days and when I leaned on one of the armrests, my elbow "popped" through the structure under the material.I flipped the recliner on its back and found that it appears to be constructed primarily of cardboard with 2 OSB cross members. These were not "cheap" to buy, but are cheaply made. Called FF for warranty and we will see how the handle this. I want to return then because this will be an ongoing issue for as long as we own them!! The picture is looking up at the bottom of the armrest from under the recliner.Furniture Fair let us return both recliners and pick out different ones. We went with recliners made by Best Home Furnishings out of Indiana, and couldn't be happier. We bought one of their recliners 20 years ago and it's held up great through multiple dogs and grand kids!

I have had my recliner for 8 years now.It has been the best recliner I have ever owned. It has held up really good over all these years. My recliner is the most used piece of furniture in my place. I have spent so much time in it over these years rocking - reclining - tons of naps & enjoying every minute of it. I've gotten more than my money's worth out of it & it has a few more years of naps left in it. GREAT RECLINER - WELL BUILT !!!

Terrible furniture, I bought a Southern Motion reclining sofa and recliner from Babbettes furniture in Leesburg florida ( check out my review of them on yelp). In less than 2 years, the crap fabric they used had started fraying where they had stitched the sofa arm together, and on one of the footrests, the fabric started bubbling or basically separating. They may be made in the USA, but its obvious the materials they use are not made in America. Stay away from furniture made by this company

Absolutely HORRIBLE and CHEAP. DO NOT BUY !!! After only 3 months, yes 3 months, the cushions on my new Love Seat began sagging. I called customer service and they said since my Furniture Store purchased it from a company going out of business they will not honor any warranty. Sadly. This company makes extremely cheap furniture using the cheapest material possible that will last only months !!! Not years! Before you even think about buying this very cheap furniture, go to the Better Business Bureau and read the horror stories other customers experienced after buying this cheaply made furniture!!!!

There’s a reason the fabric/leather warranty is only for 1 year. Once it starts peeling then it just becomes a chain reaction spreading across until the whole top layer has peeled away. I feel this is poor build quality as I personally don’t buy a couch with the intention of needing to replace it every 6 years. Had I known this is how it would have aged I would not have bought this product and I feel anyone interested in buying from them should be aware this is how it could age in 6 or less years.
