Poor customer service nobody ever can tell you one thing and stick to it everybody have something different too ssaay about 1 problem. In the mist of my mmooney beiing taken for a something i had no use of it was a older man looking more than 75 and customer service rep didnt care to explain anything to the man he was confused all he knew his phone wouldnt charge but when she had to get on the phone went from a district manager to customer service rep real fast horrible experience since i been with this company and2 of my lines will be canceled

Owned by att.. prices are straight forward but all the hidden fees they charge when they change phone are kinda of a bummer.. no matter if old Sim will work in new phone or not they gonna charge you 25 to switch phone plus phone costs
