“Transmission rebuild, used my transmission not a "factory" questionable rebuild. Extra parts not included needed and an extra $500... That hurt my feelings in the ole wallet. That said, there is a waiting period to get serviced... 2weeks for me, another week for the rebuild, all is well, 1 year or 12,000 miles... Could be off on mileage part but don't think it's going to matter, expecting it to well exceed warranty”

They expedited the work order (instead of putting it off and opening up the chance for errors) WHILE I was on the phone and the part will be ready for pickup in <72 hours. He said they had 3 cars ahead of me, but he is going to try and take care of my car ASAP. And they did. Great price for full synthetic oil change. The also changed my wiper as I had asked them to. Big thanks to him for taking care of me on Friday peek time of 5.30 pm.”

I was on 5 inches of ice and snow and under a heavy load. He raised the truck with a manual jack because the air lines were frozen.
