Super sweet and knowledgeable about exotics! Dr. Watts was so kind when he helped me with my ferrets years ago and I’m excited to now have him helping me on my Bearded Dragon journey.

They were very helpful in informing me of the ferret's condition and their prices are extremely reasonable. They have a small cat adoption room in the back of the waiting room and it was adorable.

Dr Watts was very kind and compassionate. He came out to my car to euthanize my mastiff. He was recommended to me by a friend, and I definitely recommend him to anyone!

Do not bring your bird here. They claim to know about birds, they don't. I brought my bird with a broken leg and they put a cast on it and it looked like the leg was on backwards. When they took the cast off the bird never relaxed the leg - it stayed "stiff". Never recovered. They told me to bring it for "physical therapy ". Are you kidding me?? I put it out of its misery - it was too depressed. Don't say you know something just to take people's money.

DO NOT BRING YOUR BIRD HERE!!! THEY DO NOT DO AVIAN CARE -- ONLY WING AND NAIL CUTTING (HORRIBLY). THEY WILL BUTCHER AND HURT YOUR BIRD!my bird's flight feathers are wavy which ANY amateur would knowmeans a vitamin deficiency -- the "doctor" claimed it was due to age. IT'S NOT! he said "you don't see that on older birds" YES YOU DO! if they have a deficiency! he knows nothing and is extremelyignorant.they cut my bird's nails WAY too short! they hurt him!! theymade every single one of his nails bleed! that's like cutting yourown nails till the meat under them is raw and bleeding. it's painfuland it's not fair. these little animals do not deserve pain especiallywhen you're supposed to be the one helping them.when they brought my bird back into the room he looked SO disheveled and like he was going to pass out. he couldn't keep his little eyes open. i took him to comfort him then went to the car and criedplease don't bring your bird here if you care about them. they sufferunnecessary pain at this "vet'!

The woman upfront stated that they do Avian care. I was just told by another staff member that all they do for birds are their nails and wings. A absolutely NOTHING else. Very abbreviated Avian care here.

My fur babies are the world to me. So I found the best around in unfamiliar town. But Dr Watts is wonderful, the staff is fabulous and the cost of care is awesome and affordable. I had one vet over 20+ and hope to have this vet around along time. And he helped my ferret which is my baby and it's hard to find a vet with that knowledge. Dr Watts has IT.
