Would totally give 5 stars for customer service. I took my car here for breaking problems and they said I needed all new tires and something with the wheel bearing hub. A week later I was still having the same issue so took it back and they made it right. It was the rotors and break pads but it got misdiagnosed the first time. They didn’t charge me for the replacement since it was them at fault. I have 4 stars because I’m not sure I would have replaced all my tires if they didn’t misdiagnose that as my problem. I needed them in the long run but I wouldn’t have spent almost $1000 fixing the wrong thing first. But very happy they took responsibility for the mistake.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I just had my ball joints and tie rods replaced a few months ago and finally got around to getting an alignment my wife dropped off the vehicle and was notified later the ball joints needed replaced , that's a lie. And got charged 32$ for doing nothing but lie to her thinking they could get over on a woman. Stay clear of the Picayune location.

I went here after Walmarts couldn't fix my tire after changing the valve stem about 5 times. My tires never gave me any trouble prior to their install a year ago by Walmarts. But I was told if it needed anything done to the wheel that I would have to take it to a tire shop. Turns out the valve stem had a cut and was not properly installed. Williams Tire and Auto Service did not charge me a dime to replace the valve stem and they checked it to make sure it wasn't leaking. I fully recommend them to anyone who needs anything done to their vehicle. And especially anyone else who is fed up with Walmarts! A big thanks to Williams Tire and Auto Service!!!

Absolutely no one in this place was doing anything when I arrived.
Every single person was sitting inside talking & laughing.
It was past lunchtime.
I was quoted a ridiculously high price that was more than twice as much as the average rate.
I was also told that this simple job would take at least 1 1/2 - 2 hrs!
Will not stop in here again I would rather drive on the rim!!!

Very honest and fair. Got a ridiculous quote from a competitor ($2000), got a quote from William's ($875), but left paying $317 since it didn't need everything they thought. And that included $25 for a BYOO oil change.

Called them last minute about getting a brake job done, and they got me in that morning. They had it done by noon, and at a very fair price. I will definitely be returning for any service needs in the future. Thanks, guys!!
