Never we buy anything from pawpaw again with in 4 months of ownership of camper slide out broke miss camping trip because couldn't get fix in time. Cost me $316.00 couldn't get money back from rv Park a/c broke couldn't get fix in time cost me $246.00 couldn't get money back from rv Park staples came out wall table bed.that all they do is lie to the people I hear it own by Christian people well I a Christian person my self and I don't threat people like yall do. And please take me and my wife picture off yall WEBSITE DANIEL AND RAMONA LIGHTELL OF LAFITTE La disappointing grandkids sad.

Sales personnel and finance people are quick to get you to sign that dotted line but fall short on what is promised and what you pay for.Paid for UV protectant and warranty which was applied to a dirty camper , side running light not working and when brought to attention it was ignored repeatedly, cabinets peeling was told it was fixed 3 times yet still peeling in same place. Not to mention completely filthy on the inside. Spent alot of money and left needing to make repairs and clean everything on my own. And please don’t bring them your trade we had a few minor issues they offered us below the value and then explained they needed to deduct all repair cost to fix it from us in order for them to even try to break even which we agreed was fair then they advertise it as a “needs some TLC” and list at market price. What was supposed to be an exciting day picking up my new camper quickly turned to disappointment. Don’t trust Pawpaws .

This review has nothing to do with Sales or Service yet the Dealership Manager (Michael). I called the dealership to let someone in management know that one of their drivers had run my wife off of the road as well as almost rear ended another vehicle less than a mile away. Instead of a simple apology I was told, “Ok, let me call my guy and see what’s going on”. Didn’t offer to follow up or ask if my wife was ok, if there was damage or even for my number. When I asked him to hold one second and what were next steps he became extremely rude and then condescending. Making reference to me trying to get him to “state he was liable for something”. Instead of listening to explain that was not at all what I was trying to do he became even more offensive and continued to over talk me and not let me get a word in. Once he finished I told him that by next steps I was asking if he was going to follow up with me once he spoke with his driver because he never asked for my number, never said he was calling back and never even apologized for the incident. I’m not sure if the culture there exhibits the same behavior as Michael but if they do I would advise that no purchase an RV from this dealer. If the manager who is supposed to be the standard, conducts himself in that manner I could only imagine if I was speaking with him about an issue in my buying process. Lacks the ability to listen, has zero empathy and seems to escape any type of professional communication skills.

Angie the finance manager was very nice .. Bobby the salesman if that's what you call him well he was a different story.... Don't sell campers out from under people when you're told by a guest to start the paperwork start the paperwork... Still looking....

Bought step mats from them, they gave me the wrong ones, so I went back and returned it and Malissa swapped them out for a different type. Come to find out they didn’t fit so I went back and Malissa got her manager. he said that he didn’t know if I bought them from them and asked for a receipt and Malissa said yes I swapped it out for him so therefore I didn’t have a receipt for that one because it was a swap out and he said “NO” So I told Malissa that was bad business and asked how could they treat customers like that. I didn’t even ask if I could get my money back I asked if I could swap it out for small items and he said no. Terrible customer service I would not recommend anyone from purchasing anything from them. - Buddy Cosse

We'd met and spoken the sales person (Bo), fine gentleman, regarding purchasing a RV Travel Trailer. He kept a file on us as a potential customer. In the interim, we spoke to Hayden who sold/push us into purchasing a propane tank monitor devices for about a $100. He talked my ears off trying to sell it. So I told him I would try it. Well, we decided not the use it, and never opened it. Upon returning it, he told me it was against company policy to return a part. I told him, "he never told me that," knowing we were going to try it out. Obviously, assuming if we did not use it or like it, we would return it. Well, he coldly to me he would not take it back, looking puzzled and guilty as you can imagine. He stated that policy was on the receipt and it was impossible to return. I told him any reputable business would not do this!!! My goal is to write and rewrite reviews until this matter is resolved or else.... I mentioned the matter to Bo and told him we would not be purchasing the RV and I hope Hayden's decisioin was worth it. If a place sound deceptive, it probably is.......Pastor Ty
