Oil Change in Picayune, MS

“These guys are great. I went to get an oil change at Pit Lane and JR found a bad coolant leak on my 2018 Audi a4. From a broken fitting that the people from safelite broke (as it wasn’t that way when I took it into them this morning.) Anyway, didn’t get to Pit Lane till late in the afternoon on Friday the 5th (today) he figured out the problem and called around for the replacement parts which of course were in New Orleans. So, had my wife come get me drove to the Audi dealership and back. It was well passed 5pm on a Friday by then, and JR was all over it. He fixed me up completely in no time. He went well above and beyond to take care of my car.
I was back up. I have a 900 mile trip on Monday and Tuesday next week and I had to have my car.
I won’t be going anywhere else for my oil changes from now on.

“Would totally give 5 stars for customer service. I took my car here for breaking problems and they said I needed all new tires and something with the wheel bearing hub. A week later I was still having the same issue so took it back and they made it right. It was the rotors and break pads but it got misdiagnosed the first time. They didn’t charge me for the replacement since it was them at fault. I have 4 stars because I’m not sure I would have replaced all my tires if they didn’t misdiagnose that as my problem. I needed them in the long run but I wouldn’t have spent almost $1000 fixing the wrong thing first. But very happy they took responsibility for the mistake.”
