I recently went to go purchase a Sentra from this dealership. They add on a service called Auto Butler for $599, wheel locks for $250, and vin etched into the window for $300. I told the sales manager that I did not want these additional options on the vehicle. I have never paid for them on other vehicles that I have purchased there. He told me “if you are not paying for the options then I won’t be buying the vehicle from them.” That is no way to treat any customer. I try to keep my business local but this guy just drove me to want to buy elsewhere.

Mossy Nissan is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. When they tell you are in good hands it is the truth. Every one of the workers are wonderful, kind, and so helpful. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they have treated me.
