Absolutely do not try to do business with these clows. The sales manager has no idea what he's doing and should be fired. He passed up on a 6k profit being greedy. Unless you're willing to take it up the rear, stay away. A prime example ov why people hate car salesman.

Our experience at Mossy of Picayune is always exceptional. We would not use anyone else when servicing our vehicles. From small minor repairs and service to major complex issues, we always know that we can trust Jeff Smith in the Service Department. Jeff truly is phenomenal and we feel very fortunate to have the luxury of knowing that when our vehicles need service we can count on him. He is professional, courteous, honest and will go above and beyond to accommodate a customer. We met Jeff years ago when he was working for Mossy of New Orleans on Broad Street. We were disappointed when he left New Orleans but we quickly made the decision to follow Jeff to Mossy of Picayune because his Service is truly Top Notch. We feel very fortunate. Thank You Jeff!!!!!!

I brought my Car n for an oil change. I parked it in the service lane. When the female mechanic got in it to bring it in the back, the car would not start. I never had a problem with the vehicle starting. She had to call another mechanic to show her how to jump it off With the jump box. But yet she's the mechanic working on my vehicle. After my car was in the back for a while, they said I probably would need a new battery.I told them I would go right next door to walmart and pick up one, just clean my posts, so it'll start. They said, that's normally a $50 job servicing a battery.I told them they weren't servicing my battery just cleaning off the post so I can start it to drive next door to pick up a new battery. The woman said she would try to make it cheaper since all they were doing was cleaning the post. Long story short, they charge me over $60 to clean the battery post on my car. And since two of my tire sensors was acting up and I wouldn't have them replace them all For $535. I get in my car and now none of My tire sensors are working anymore. And when I get my vehicle next door to Walmart and they're installing the new battery, the mechanic called me out to show me that they did not fasten The metal part that sits across the top of the battery Which is one of the computers for the car. And the positive post Protector was not put back on the battery.It was hanging by the wire. The mechanic Putting my new battery in told me if I would have hit a bump.I probably would have shorted out the cars computer... The last oil change I got from mossy cost me a little over $64 this one since they cleaned the battery post On a battery I was going next door to change cost me $160. And the sad thing was, it took them two hours to do this. I have used mossy To service this vehicle, since I bought it from them back in 2016 You would think They would treat a loyal customer better. This type of service is how you rob someone, without even using a gun.

If I could rate this dealership a zero I would. The service here was a 0/10 and the person behind the counter had no compassion at all. If this is how you treat all of your customers I can’t even imagine how you treat others. Every time we have dealt with this dealership it has been a hassle and this guy behind the counter can’t even properly explain what went wrong with our vehicle. We WILL NOT be returning here and I ADVISE you not to come also.

Jeff at Mossy service is so knowledgeable that he can not only point the mechanics in the right direction, but explain it well to me, the customer. It puts my mind at ease that although it may take a few days to fix, I am in good hands. Also, the price for fixing was lower than the competition quoted me. I thought I would save money by bringing it to a smaller shop. I was wrong! The next time I need my vehicles checked, I will go straight to Jeff at Mossy.
