We have bought from them three times and have had great results each time.You can select your furniture on a large touch screen.If you have questions about real color (sometimes the screen is not 100% clear/accurate) Paula helps by showing you a piece in their showroom that illustrates what you are looking at. The experience really couldn't be better and they are local.Highly recommend!

When I told Darienne Crosby our situation with my husbands broken neck from a car accident and how our recliner was too small for him to sleep comfortably, she went over and above and sent pics of herself sitting and reclining in some so we could judge the fit/scale without me having to leave him home alone to shop for the new recliner. It was truly a pleasure doing business with her.

Satisfaction "NOT" guaranteed! Beware that this merchant has a "NO RETURN" policy just like Dirt Cheap. I purchased 2 luxury Ashley brand, leather recliners ($2307 including delivery) that felt fine in the brief store sit. After sitting in them for a couple of hours we knew they were a bad fit. I immediately contacted the store regarding my dissatisfaction and was told by the manager that they are not returnable. I explained that sitting in them caused lingering aches and pains. Ashley furniture advertises a 30 day money back guaranteed however, Crosby's insisted that they can't come to a resolution to my issue.Crosby's website states (see below. I am extremely dissatisfied and don't feel valued or respected by Crosby's. Maybe I'm not young enough, not sure?Crosby’s believes that each and every customer should be valued, welcomed, respected and cared for.
