“These guys are great. I went to get an oil change at Pit Lane and JR found a bad coolant leak on my 2018 Audi a4. From a broken fitting that the people from safelite broke (as it wasn’t that way when I took it into them this morning.) Anyway, didn’t get to Pit Lane till late in the afternoon on Friday the 5th (today) he figured out the problem and called around for the replacement parts which of course were in New Orleans. So, had my wife come get me drove to the Audi dealership and back. It was well passed 5pm on a Friday by then, and JR was all over it. He fixed me up completely in no time. He went well above and beyond to take care of my car.
I was back up. I have a 900 mile trip on Monday and Tuesday next week and I had to have my car.
I won’t be going anywhere else for my oil changes from now on.

“Had a rare collision with a bird. Wrong spot but the right time. Called the day prior and was serviced the next morning to get back on the road to deliver my load. “Mikes Dependable was absolutely amazing. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. My alternator broke as I was driving from Tennessee to Texas. Mike was able to squeeze me in that day to get it fixed. His wife drove all the way to Louisiana to get a part I needed so I could get home to my dog that day.
Absolutely amazing customer service. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.
As for the price, 10/10 did not overcharge, completely fair.

“Several years ago I was on a business trip out of state and the battery of my wife's Grand Marquis died. She had the car towed to this auto store on the suggestion of the tow driver. Buy Low Auto Parts sold her a good battery at a really good price and installed it. I was pleased with the whole process when I returned home and learned what had occurred.
A couple of days ago, this battery died. It was a four-year Continental and had lasted right at seven years! I called Buy Low and confirmed that, yes, they had a Continental battery for the car in stock. I got the car down to them and as I was getting out of the car (with difficulty) and was getting my cane, which I am using since recent knee replacement, it occurred that I could not carry that battery and I would have a hard time installing it. This was no problem because they replaced the battery very fast. I spent more time trying to get past the Hywy 43 railroad overpass road work than I did in the total time I was at Buy Low! Sure! What better service could be had? I highly recommend these nice people!”

“I have to say I'm nervous about new places bc you don't know who you can trust these days but the second I got there I knew this was my new place for my whole family's cars and tires. Kaitlyn was the best to deal with on the phone, she was sweet and honestly tried to help get me the best tires and stay in budget. She even found tires that had a rebate! No one else would have done that. Orey is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and took the time to make sure I understood everything, which says a lot of how much he values his customers. In the last week we all seemed to have car issues, my sister, mom, dad, and grandma all went to him within a week and for each one they were just as honest and nice.
