First, I want to say that everyone in the office was pleasant. The vet was very professional and efficient in his exam. My biggest complaint would be that when I arrived, I was told that the appointment was for the following day (Dec 6) at 1:40pm not that day (Dec. 5). Then the girl at the counter kept asking me for information which I had already provided on the paperwork that I was asked to fill out. Her response when I mentioned that was "Oh, I didn't look at the paperwork."
