Ordered a product online to be shipped to this store. The store received it and never notified me. I had to call corporate and they called the store. They did indeed receive it. The store said their computer guy was out to lunch but was going to call me shortly...NEVER DID. I called the next day and he wasnt in. OMG my order was held hostage due to the only employee able to punch a button wasnt at work! Days later i got my merchandide ordered 7 days prior. The store looked run down and past its prime...kinda empty compared to most other modern hardwares today.Not a way to run a business...unless you want to run it...INTO THE GROUND!

Get here 10 minutes before closing. Just need a key made and they say… we are closed. Then why weren’t the doors locked. Poor customer service.
