If your in need of furniture go see M & S, everyone who works there are so helpful and friendly!! I’m recovering from a recent surgery and I was needing a bed that I could rest better on and they went above and beyond to help us, now not only am I sleeping and resting better but so is my husband!! When our Dad abruptly lost his independence and had to move into Assisted Living, my sister and I were overwhelmed with the many decisions and responsibilities we suddenly faced in regard to his health and new living arrangements. We found ourselves juggling his daily care while also coordinating his move to the AL facility all while working full time. In the midst of this, we realized his furniture would not fit into the new living quarters and he would need to downsize. In our time of need, I reached out to my friend, Marcy Roberts at M&S Furniture. I explained our situation and gave her our requests. She immediately sent me photos of bedroom suits and other furniture the store had in stock. From these we selected every piece we needed, completed the payment process by phone and even arranged for full delivery and set-up. By the time Dad moved in, his new furniture was already assembled and ready for him. All of this was coordinated without myself or my sister ever stepping foot inside the store! The staff at M&S will never know just how much their assistance meant to us! Even with the overwhelming stress of our Dad’s sudden decline in health, we were spared the additional worry of finding and moving furniture needed for his transition. Because of their thoughtful suggestions and exceptional help, we were free to focus on his health and other immediate needs. Philadelphia is so blessed to have such a wonderful business with such phenomenal, compassionate employees who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure their customers have a positive, satisfying outcome. We truly appreciate all that M&S did for us and cannot imagine a better experience. “Thank You” seems so inadequate! They have made a customer for life ! Can’t compliment them enough!!! If you need something check with them first! Better selection, better quality ,and better prices than in Meridian
