“this was our second time staying at this hotel, the first time was for 5 days this time for 3 days. On arrival the rooms are clean and nice however both times we have asked for housekeeping services and never received it. In fact housekeeping never came at all. When I asked the front desk about it all they would tell me is they come on the 2nd day, but even then no one never came. When I checked out I was asked how our stay was and when mentioned the housekeeping issue the front desk lady replied with that’s good have a nice day. Other than that it was a good stay.”
“First time here, drove over from Alabama, the service could use a little improvement. After playing for a while tried to sit at the bar at Mama ‘n’ Em to eat and was told we need a reservation. Never heard of that before.
Played slots and roulette, it was fun. One thing I wish they won’t allow is smoking in doors.”
