“I love this bank. They are honestly the most friendly and honest to goodness best customer service giving bank in town. Please know that I've got an account with them only for this reason. They made me remember even 5 months after ever dealing with them that they were who I needed to used when and if I needed a brick and mortar bank.Today was that day and because of Cristen and the entire staff, I'll keep them as long as I need a bank. They made an absolute nightmare day turn out ok.Now, the MDES and they're little bit of power they have right now... It's going to their heads and they should understand what we are going through, assess the whole situation and then make procedural decisions based on everything.
