“The store itself and a couple of employees are the best thing to keep the customers. Regrettably, the personnel seem not to be knowledgeable about the parts they are selling and try to sell more than needed or items that cost more.”
“Stopped in for oil change without an appointment. The service department was friendly and got me in. While waiting, the owner stopped by and asked if I needed anything. They had fresh coffee and bottled water. I would stop again.”
“Very knowledgeable and friendly, just not 100% accurate, they check all the boxes but don't actually do the work, I had a oil change the check list says they check tire pressure, my vehicle tells me my tire pressure, it was never touched , that's just one of the small things”
