“I have a leveling kit on my f150, there was an issue with the cv joints and the 4 wheel drive. The service manager Kevin was extremely helpful and even took a ride with me to test the 4x4 and make sure everything was fixes. I will definitely be going back for any truck accessories and upgrades.”
“We were traveling with our trailer across country and had an incident with one of our tires on Thursday, Feb 12th. While roadside assistance got us to town we needed to change all the trailer tires out. The staff at Firestone were able to take us in right away, and supplied us with great tires. While we waited we mentioned we were having some engine issues as well. They ran some diagnostics and offered some suggestions for next steps in troubleshooting. They also had several good pieces of advice for our trailer, and even suggestions for traveling in the local area, not to mention some good friendly conversations about life and motorcycles. The repairs were well done and completed quickly, and the service and friendly atmosphere were excellent. They really helped us out at the end of a tough day and got us back on the road safely. We highly recommend this shop!!
