When working with the public you need to have good customer service especially when you have customers that frequently visits your establishment and this store lacks the importance of having such. The lady that works the cash register is very rude and she takes your money without giving you a total and I think that's very rude. In order for people to spend their hard earned money at your place of bussiness you need to have great customer service and positive energy and also a smile goes a long way.

Lady was on the phone while I was trying to explain I need to do cash back so I could use the change to put air in my tires. She nodded as if she understood and then swiped my card before saying “I can’t do that” (even though her husband does it for me all the time). I then said that if that was the case then I did not need the items I just purchased. She then tells me that my card was already swiped and I can’t return the items... even though they have not even left the countertop at the checkout? As I inquire why she continues to say that “the card has already been swiped” and that she will not return the items. I eventually dropped the arguement and took the items (that I did not need at all other than to get change to use the air pump) and left because they were not high ticket items, and it became evident she was not budging on her “no return” stance, and I did not feel like expending anymore energy on the issue. I am, however, leaving a poor review out of principle. The lady has extremely poor customer service skills and evidently has not interest in fixing mishaps... you can’t return my $8 item? That’s hogwash. Especially since I’ve been a regular patron of theirs.
