“The gentlemen at CarQuest are EXTREMELY kind and helpful. On our road trip from the coast to the pine belt, my brother and I heard there was a really loud squeaking and rattling noise in the front driver-side tire. After pulling into this repair shop, we told them our situation and although there was a wait of over 15 people ahead of us, they understood the urgency and that we were not from the area jumped out from behind the desk, and came to check out the noise. One hour before they closed, they pulled my car into the shop, jacked it up, took off the tire, and removed the rock that was causing the disturbance. They easily could have charged me hundreds of dollars to replace falsely "something with my brakes", but instead denied the cash I offered them for taking out the tire and removing the rock. As a young woman, traveling can be extremely stressful when you encounter car issues, but the staff made me feel comfortable and helped me get back on the road right away. Thank you!!”
“The absolute best shop in Wiggins! These guys are pros and are super courteous. I had a car in a different body shop in town and they completely dropped the ball on the repairs. There were parts that were broken that had been screwed back together. Just a poorly done job but the guys at sudden impact went above and beyond to make sure the car was fixed right! Can’t recommend them enough. If you are in Wiggins and the surrounding areas go to Sudden Impact!”

“I love having my vehicle serviced at Star Chevrolet. All the workers there no matter what their job description is, helps in anyway they can. I don't even have to check on my vehicle because if they owner or his wife walks by and sees me sitting for what they feel is too long, they always say let me go check on your car for you. Parker is a big help and always takes good care of me. I literally drive 30mins to Star Chevrolet when I could drive 5mins around the corner. That speaks to how good they are to their customers!”
