Delivery and pickup are inconsistent, and their communication is nonexistent. When you call the number posted on signs, no one answers. Orders are wrong about half of the time. Very disappointing location, but the prices can’t be beat and I do get my order on time the majority of the time. Walmart customer support through the app is excellent. However, few people in the store would be happy to help you.

Walmart in Richland, Ms. is where I do most of my shopping. But the Pharmacy Staff, especially Mr George and Ms Suzanne are wonderful, always.

Staff and management are very helpful. The store is in need of a makeover. I'm glad to hear the store is being remodeled and updated within 6 months.

I shop here regularly . There isn't any cashiers and they follow you around the store like your a thief they also want to check your buggy after you have to check yourself out. They should have cashiers if they are worried about people not ringing up all their items. They need to do their jobs instead of their customers doing for them.

By far the best Walmart
The parking lot is very spacious and the location is easy to access.
There are a lot of different products on display.
The staff are friendly
Jackson City has a geographical advantage due to its close proximity to the highway.
Visit them all

technology customer service was awful. The employee working there on June 19 2024 was so rude. I was buying a television and i asked if i could leave it here and he just mimicked me in an awful way and said “yeah.” This customer service was horrifying and was terrible. If you ever come here just be prepared for the technology customer service to be rude to you. This was my first time dealing with this. I did not see the employees name but it was only one employee that was rude. Walmart, please do something about this. All i remember from him was that he was light skinned, brunette, and around 5’4- 5’6
