Horrible service at AUTO center. Had appointment at 7 am on Friday for 4 tire change, got text at 6,15am that it was cancel because tires didn't come. So call all day Friday to Auto place, all day Sat, Today is Monday till 3,30pm, keep calling. Not even single time someone answer the phone. Not even their main customer service pick up phone. very very frustrated. They just say "your call is important to us" but no one pick up the phone.

Staff and management are very helpful. The store is in need of a makeover. I'm glad to hear the store is being remodeled and updated within 6 months.

I shop here regularly . There isn't any cashiers and they follow you around the store like your a thief they also want to check your buggy after you have to check yourself out. They should have cashiers if they are worried about people not ringing up all their items. They need to do their jobs instead of their customers doing for them.

Again I waited a minimum of 25 minutes even with only two cars in the pickup area to pick up my items!!!!!!! I sit and watch the workers texting on their phone instead of doing their job. I now avoid this Walmart solely because of the pickup crew. They need to start reviewing them on the cameras

On 5/26/24 I went to Walmart to pick up some video games after seven pm. I asked the associate Riko and he said he did not have the keys. I then asked him if he knew someone or the manager. There was a African American coach 'manager' and she also said that she would not be able to help because someone called in and could not open the games doors. As I was walking away you could obviously hear her talking trash about our encounter. I then went to customer service in which Bernard tried his best to ratify the situation and was unsuccessful. Even trying some conflict resolution strategies. I requested another manager and Austin the automotive coach came by. He said he was not and no one was given access to unlock the games. Okay fine, but did he Apologize for the electronics coaches behavior. No.
I think a billion dollar franchise should expect more and I expect more.

By far the best Walmart
The parking lot is very spacious and the location is easy to access.
There are a lot of different products on display.
The staff are friendly
Jackson City has a geographical advantage due to its close proximity to the highway.

technology customer service was awful. The employee working there on June 19 2024 was so rude. I was buying a television and i asked if i could leave it here and he just mimicked me in an awful way and said “yeah.” This customer service was horrifying and was terrible. If you ever come here just be prepared for the technology customer service to be rude to you. This was my first time dealing with this. I did not see the employees name but it was only one employee that was rude. Walmart, please do something about this. All i remember from him was that he was light skinned, brunette, and around 5’4- 5’6

Always a good pick up experience. Short wait times and have never had issues with my order.
