Would you please train your employee for the Cunningham Heights subdivision. I either get my mail late, no mail, or the mail is not picked up when the flag is up. I don't normally complain, but there has been TOO many instances. Thank you for your prompt attention in this matter.

Horrible service. I've been waiting for a vacuum cleaner to be delivered. They said they tried twice to deliver, that is a blatant lie! I am home all day, no attempts at delivery at all. Try another service as this place is the worst.

Had a man scream in my face for coming to pick up a hold item. Told me I better never do that again. Called the main usps office and they said they DO offer holds (it’s on their website as well) and he was wrong. Need to train their RUDE employees to know what they’re talking about.
