This my second time coming inside the bank . I want to say the lady name Anna not very friendly . I think it's very rude to just lay my money on the counter and not hand it to me in my hand. Especially when I hand you my license you still lay it on the counter . I work in customer service I wouldn't put my guest money or anything on the counter I would hand it to them .

Rude to start and untrained. I made a cash deposit this am only to leave my groceries at store due to no funds. Was told by bank oh sorry it's gonna post tomorrow! Tomorrow why? Well the teller is new and you have to tell them u want it posted today! Not my job to tell them their job. Not 1st problem at this bank. No wonder they can't keep help. Last month stood 8 minutes in line because only 1 teller working the other was standing over that tellers shoulder watching then when someone mentioned get u get more help the lady watching said oh I will help someone! Really??? My neighbor made a deposit I'm January left went to buy something n same problem but it took her 9 days to get her money back.
