First time delivering at this facility and you have to either call someone or buzz in at the gate, which no one responded until they get ready, been here for two hours and just now getting in the gate… Make sure you have nothing else to do when you come here because they will take up your whole day… Been in the door for another two hours just to unload a load that took 35 minutes to load when I picked it up… The person over receiving doesn’t know how to talk to people… I see why the broker can’t get anyone to deliver this load every week ??? These people are ridiculous over here…

I delivered frozen here my appointment was for 11am I check in 11.15 am and a nice lady give me a door right away checkin out at 12.40

Very very rude male employee answering the phone. i was trying to ask him who i needed to call to cancel deliveries and he hung up in my face while i was speaking. “Call someone else” and hung up. i wish i had his name to mention it.

As a trucker you going to love this facility If you are coming here to sleep for 10 hours. Bcoz they take time to unload you. But no restrooms.

I get meals delivered. The PRESSED CHICKEN is nasty. I don't eat it. Put real whole chicken in your meals or many Consumers will cancel delivery. I'm requesting my delivery company to change meal company.

First time ever coming here and my last. I followed directions to get unloaded. Called on the phone and they last was very rude and unprofessional. I didn’t ask to come here. No wonder this load sat at our terminal with no one to deliver it.What people have to realize is that God do not like ugly. It cost $0.00 do be nice and treat people nice. I’m literally just sitting at the gate after the truck that was getting unloaded has left almost 16 mins ago.
