“I’m ignorant when it comes to mechanic work…
I believed a specific issue was going on with my girlfriend’s car, my assumption was only based on past life experiences.
She took her car to 3 different shops, including a large dealership… all 3 told her something different of what they believed the problem to be. Money was spent and problems were NOT fixed.
Thomas Quality Tire was the 4th shop to look at the vehicle and the only one to diagnose it correctly, immediately. The irony, my original assumption was correct…

“I was at another local, family owned business for an oil change about 2 weeks ago. I was told that I needed new tires on my car because the 2 rear tires were bald on the inside. And he proceeded to scare me before I left by telling me I don’t need to wait on those tires, you could have a blow out and told me to be very careful while driving. Today, we went to Pearl Tire & Auto and had the best experience & service. I was prepared to buy 2 used tires. But when they looked at my tires we were told that we have about another couple thousand miles before I needed to get new tires. I explained what I was told by the other local business. And I got the feeling the guys at Pearl Tire & Auto hear that sort of thing a lot. Thanks guys! You definitely have a return customer with us! And I’ll tell everyone I know.”
