All I have to say is when the customer tells you to muzzle and animal, and the groomer refuses because she thinks it’s mean, don’t call the customer pissed because the groomer got bit. It’s your own fault!

They are very nice and friendly. They make sure your dog has individual attention and does a very good job with reasonable prices. They always call me before they do anything that I haven't requested. My dog is a handful and they do a great job with her.

Thansk to Autumn, Piper looks absolutely great! It’s very easy to mess up a labradoodles hair and She has been long overdue for a groom and Classy canine got her right in. They follow directions correctly and take account for any sensitivities your pet may have. They don’t just take the dog back and shave her. Can’t wait to take our golden to her. As someone who’s a control freak and very picky about things, I Highly highly recommend!

Zero stars if I could. This business was unprofessional, and I would never recommend bringing any pup to them. Our dogs had not been started when I called 3 hours from their set appointment time. I was told while booking they would be ready in 3 hours & called to kindly ask for a time estimate due to planning pick up around car pool. The lady beat around the bush until I found out neither of my dogs had been started on. I completely understand being behind, but to have not even done anything for just one of them for 3 hours was ridiculous. Whoever was on the phone was rude, beat around the bush of what was actually happening there & never apologized or answered my phone calls after the initial call, as I was letting them know that I was on my way to get them. I received a phone call only after my husband called to speak to them. When I arrived shortly after to pick them up, the staff still never apologized and, with an attitude, told me to have a good day. There are many places I will recommend for pups to receive services at and this is not on the list. I hope they learn from this mistake & nobody else goes through this. In the meantime, my pups are enjoying their pup cups & are thankful to be out of there.

They do ok for the price, but sometimes little things get overlooked. Also be prepared for your pup to get in your car with lots of loose fur of varying colors (most of which is prob not theirs) still clinging to them and their paws, even if they just came in for a quick nail trim. It seems the groomers don't blow off/sweep fur from their tables after each dog.

Have been to several other places and they have been amazing! My groomer takes time with my big baby and makes sure he is at ease. He always looks good and smells good. He has never had nicks or cuts. They have been great to my Beaux.

I didn’t hate it, I never took my pet to them because it took almost a week for anyone to return my call. By the time I received a voicemail, my pet and I were already on our trip to LA

They were recommended by our vet for our new puppy so we thought we were in good hands. My son was misled, nothing was gone over with him, and they shaved our 15-week old puppy to the skin with no explanation. I called to speak to the manager who was “supposed to speak to the groomer” and call me back. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from anyone. She was tipped well because they ask for payment before they give you your dog. Would not recommend and would give 0 stars if I could. Our first groomer, our puppy’s first groom, and a terrible experience.

I was very disappointed because they came highly recommended. Unfortunately my dogs ears were not plucked or cleaned. They were VERY dirty so I cleaned them myself with dog ear cleaner, wash cloth and 20 q-tips. The people are very nice. But it is time the facility had a deep cleaning. My sinuses quickly responded and I left with an itchy throat, running nose and sneezing, because of the significant amount of dander in the air. I haven't had that type of reaction in years.

After taking my dog there, she came back with nicked skin and rashes where they cut too close to her. Furthermore, they were indirectly assuming we were neglecting our dog. They were rude to my wife and we WILL NOT be taking our dog there again. Our dog isn't the only one this happened too. With issues from other owners, we had to sign a waiver form before our dog had to be groomed. Since she was matted in some places, they proceeded to tell my wife that if our dog got nicked, cut or bruised, then we "won't hold Classy Canine responsible." If we were told to sign it, we did thinking everything was going to be fine, NOT THE CASE. If Classy Canine had to introduce a waiver, then clearly they are not very good groomers. We were told that they would not take her back. They claimed they had seen her too many times that matted and that the only way they would take her back is if we set up a six week appointment. This is after my wife had seen our dog and saw how terrified and nicked and hurt she was.
