Took my tax info to the Tax Depot around the first week of March. The first time I called they said they were "working on it". I never could reach them after that. I went by there today and was told they haven't even started on it. Never been treated so rudely in my life. They threw my documents at me and told me to get my damn taxes done somewhere else. Believe me I will. Never use these idiots.

I don't know whatever body else's problem is I had a very pleasant experience there. Maybe they are the ones with the bad attitude. When you give someone an Attitude, You typically get attitude back. When you're kind to people Oddly enough they are kind back to you.

Anita the receptionist is the rudest rudest person ever!! She needs to be fired!!! These CPAs should be ashamed to have her in office!!I never hated anyone but she brings hate to the table

Poor customer service. Secretary clearly cannot handle the stress of tax season and should be moved elsewhere. You can't hang up on customers when they call to politely ask when their taxes will be done. If I hang up on a doctor, I would be fired or even a family member. Very unprofessional. Taxes have been with them since January at and still not completed. Owner is not available for questions regarding major business purchases. Just poor service all the way around. Will be finding someone else. Owner does not answer emails regarding of taxes are done bc this stresses him out.
